1. It is a real model
Your description picks a parametric design that is built from actual brick geometry — every layer is packed with real 1×N and 2×N bricks, and every brick sits on the one below it. No floating pieces, no impossible shapes.
Brick model studio
Type anything — a brachiosaurus, a fire-breathing dragon, a camper van. You get a real brick model you can actually build: the exact pieces, a 360° view, and a printable manual with every step.
Every model is generated from real brick geometry — nothing here is a picture of something you cannot build.
Exact counts, real LEGO element numbers and the right colour for each one — everything you need to gather the bricks yourself, however you like to shop.
The build order is the product: one drawing per brick layer, bottom to top, in a printable PDF with the complete parts inventory. Nothing is shown step-by-step on this page.

The parts list comes straight out of the same model you are looking at, so the count is exact. Every part is a real LEGO element number in a real colour, and you can download it as a CSV.
The manual is one printable PDF: every layer in order, plus the parts inventory so you can check your bricks first. $4.99, built from exactly the model on your screen.
Designing a model is free, and the model on screen is exactly what you build. A manual is $4.99 on its own, or included with a plan if you build often. Nothing to ship, no lock-in, and no charge per piece.

Designing is free with 1,000 pieces a month. A plan raises that allowance and includes the PDF manuals. Pieces are a monthly allowance, not a meter — a 300-piece model uses 300 of them, unused pieces simply do not roll over, and nothing is ever charged per piece.

Annual is ten months of the monthly price — two months free, paid once.
Yes. The model is generated from real brick geometry and packed layer by layer with 1×N and 2×N bricks, and every brick sits on a stud below it. The picture, the parts list and the instructions all come from the same brick data, so the count is exact.
No. Designing a model and seeing its parts list is free, with 1,000 pieces of designing a month. A printable PDF manual is $4.99 on its own, or included with a plan if you build often. Bricks themselves are not sold here — you gather them yourself using the element numbers in the parts list.
Free: 1,000 pieces of designing a month, the 360° view, the full parts list, a CSV of the parts, saved build history, and the first three instruction steps. Paid: the complete PDF manual for $4.99, or a plan from $9.99/month that raises the monthly allowance and includes PDF manuals.
It is how much designing you can do in a month, not a price. A plan includes a monthly allowance — 500-piece and 1,000-piece models use 500 and 1,000 of it — and the model you end up with is charged at its real size. Unused allowance does not roll over, nothing is charged per piece, and upgrading or cancelling never deletes a build you already made.
